Located in Brantford, Ontario, Proper Floors was created to be different from other flooring companies.
Our company mission is to provide quality flooring at an affordable price. We looked at what was currently available on the market in big box stores and other retailers and we saw an opportunity to do better. By having our own products manufactured and selling them directly to our customers we cut out the middle man and are able to keep our prices exceptionally low.

Meet Jamie and Max.
Proper Floors was founded by Jamie and Max after they grew tired of overpaying for flooring. They believed the process should be simpler, with a carefully curated selection of high-quality options offered at fair, transparent prices. After hearing the same frustrations from friends and family, they knew there was a better way.
That belief became Proper Floors.
